AGB

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Leyla Stuber (“Service Provider”, “I”, “me”, or “my”) via www.leylastuber.com or through direct agreements,

unless otherwise agreed in writing. By booking a service, the client (“you”) accepts these Terms.

2. Services

I offer coaching, facilitation, workshops, and related creative services as described on my website or in individual agreements. The exact scope of services will be defined in writing (e.g., booking confirmation,

email, or contract).

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

  • You book a service via the website booking system, by email, or verbally, and

  • I confirm the booking in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are as stated on my website or in a written offer.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

  • Payment is due within 10 days of invoice date or before the service takes place, whichever comes first.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, TWINT, or other methods specified in the invoice.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations:

    • For 1:1 sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.

    • For workshops/groups: Cancellation terms will be stated in the specific offer or booking confirmation.

  • Service Provider cancellations:

    • If I must cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Coaching and creative services are processes of personal growth, not medical or therapeutic treatment.

I do not guarantee specific results. You remain fully responsible for your decisions and actions.

7. Liability

  • I am liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  • Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

  • I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit or third-party claims.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials (texts, concepts, methods, graphics, recordings) provided during our work remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use them for your personal purposes only.

9. Confidentiality

I treat all information you share during our collaboration as strictly confidential,

except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law (DSG). For more details,

see my Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
The place of jurisdiction is [Holderbank, Canton of Aargau] unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.

12. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

The invalid provision will be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original intent and is legally valid.
